Wir haben wir uns auf die Suche nach einer Lösung gemacht, bei der biologische lebende Gewebe aus natürlichen Zellen der Patienten künstlich und möglichst ohne Tierquälerei hergestellt werden können.
In 2018, we set out with a bold goal: to bring fiber-based architecture into additive manufacturing.
Nature builds living tissues from fibers — and we believe medical materials should do the same.
Our mission is to improve health by creating biomimetic biomaterials with natural fibrous structures. Together with our partners, we explore applications ranging from tissue engineering to next-generation orthopedic implants.
After four years of intensive research and development, we created Fibroprinting — a breakthrough technology that combines fiber spinning and 3D printing to fabricate complex fibrous materials with unprecedented structural control.
Today, we are bringing this technology to the market.
